0:00Justin: Hey, Andrew.
0:01Andrew: Hey, Justin.
0:02Justin: Memorial Cup champions.
0:05Andrew: Champ champs.
0:05Justin: Champ champs. They won it all.
0:08Andrew: Yeah.
0:09Justin: Everything.
0:11Andrew: That's the episode welcome to the Aud
0:14Justin: pod where we're talking Kitchener Rangers hockey with the AudBalls themselves, Andrew and Justin. Take it away, fellas.
0:25Andrew: I mean, what. Like, I'm kind of. I'm kind of like, what can we say about this team that hasn't been said?
0:32Justin: Yeah, it's true.
0:33Andrew: It was top to bottom, the Memorial Cup four game sweep of the whole tournament. You know, all I heard coming into the fourth game was teams. You can't. You can't do it. You can't win three and then you beat a team twice.
0:49Justin: Yeah, that's the curse or whatever. It's the President's trophy curse.
0:52Andrew: Right?
0:53Justin: It's the.
0:53Andrew: Aud the winning all three of the round robin curse.
0:56Justin: Yes.
0:56Andrew: The.
0:57Justin: The not playing in the semi, like
0:58Andrew: the Medicine Hat Tigers.
0:59Justin: They.
1:00Andrew: They didn't do it.
1:01Justin: It's. London didn't do it two years ago. They. Last year they went to the semi and they won the Memorial Cup.
1:07Andrew: Yeah.
1:07Justin: Year before, they didn't.
1:09Andrew: Yeah, it was all stuff. But this team was different, though. Y. This team was entirely a different beast altogether. This team was a team that won games that maybe they shouldn't. Yeah, they won and then they won all of the games that they should win. That is so rare. It sounds counterintuitive, but it is not counterintuitive at all.
1:32Justin: It.
1:32Andrew: It's what the Rangers were about, is if you go out and you execute, you win. I've seen plenty of hockey teams that go out and execute and play a.
1:40Justin: A.
1:40Andrew: A really good game of hockey and they lose on a few bad bounces. Yeah, never happened to the Rangers.
1:48Justin: No, never happened. Because this. Yeah, the. There was a mentality about this team. Were talking about this on CTV yesterday. It was like they were. We were.
1:57Andrew: Oh, Mr. Big Time here.
1:59Justin: Okay. You were on CTV.
2:00Andrew: I know, I know. I'm just.
2:02Justin: I just.
2:02Andrew: Don't talk about press.
2:07Justin: Start pumping yourself up. Andrew, we were talking about this yesterday. We were like the. You know, the. Somebody said before the Memorial Cup, they were saying that, you know, Everett was supposed to win this Memorial Cup, and it was like, sure, but Branford was supposed to win the OHL this year. Yeah. And they didn't even make it to the finals. Like, you know.
2:28Andrew: No, exactly. Well, exactly. Like you look at Branford, that's a really good poll because Branford should have won the Berry series for sure. They outplayed them. They got goalied. That never happened. To the Rangers, even when they were getting goalied by Ben Rebeck, they still
2:46Justin: won by sure again. In the first round.
2:49Andrew: In the first round. Yes.
2:51Justin: Yes.
2:51Andrew: Yeah.
2:51Justin: Yes. They just never lost it. Like they, they never gave up. You know, this team could score the prettiest goals.
3:00Andrew: Yeah, the, the prist. Prettiest. Pretty.
3:06Justin: But they couldn't. Like if they needed a greasy goal, they got one.
3:11Andrew: Well, even, even Jack Pridham scored a couple of. Just throw it on the net in the Memorial Cup. Right.
3:17Justin: Cameron Reid throwing it from the blue line just for the, for the sake of it.
3:22Andrew: Yeah.
3:22Justin: Getting a puck up. Getting pucks on net. Pucks in deep.
3:25Andrew: I know.
3:26Justin: You know, get them, get them on the pads, get them working. Get those rebounds. That was the thing in a lot of the Memorial Cup games is that you don't know these goalies. So the rebounds are unexpected. The Rangers were just always there to be to, to capitalize on any rebounds.
3:41Andrew: Yes. I mean, they did everything right.
3:44Justin: Yes.
3:45Andrew: I like, I had a few people say, like, you know, in the first game, Everett may have outplayed them a little bit. Yeah. I think, I think if you, if you looked at the 60 minutes and the analytics, yes, Everett had more possession time, had more expected goals, more chances. But that's the thing about this Rangers team that made the Soo special was they didn't need a hundred at bats to get a home run. That was, it was. It was legitimately like if we had an opportunity. It was almost more shocking when they didn't score on a, on a. A. Yeah. That's how good this team was. It was like early in the Memorial Cup Final, Luke Ellinas had that incredible chance that just went off this, the toe of his, his stick blade. It was, it was weird. And he was laughing about it on the bench. And I think, I remember thinking in my mind I, yeah, I think they're going to win because the vibe was that. Yeah, the vibe was, yeah, I just missed a no doubter in the Memorial Cup final. Hilarious. We'll get, we'll get one.
4:47Justin: We'll get one. And he did. He got one right away. A way harder goal to score.
4:52Andrew: A much harder goal to score.
4:54Justin: The flying puck tip. Yes.
4:56Andrew: Yes. Which he like, he can score them both, which is going to make him an asset at the next level.
5:00Justin: Yeah, for sure.
5:01Andrew: Just he's, you know, we've, we've, we've talked about him just being like one of those depth players that is just going to be so good for the Senators.
5:09Justin: We were talking about the Everett that First game where, yeah, Everett outplayed them maybe over. Over 60 minutes. But. But we've talked about this so many times. Is that Kisher is content to play a team at their maximum level for a period and a half.
5:26Andrew: Yeah.
5:28Justin: And then continue amping up. But that team has already played a half a game at their max level and can't blow up anymore.
5:36Andrew: It's like, I. I know it's. It's getting tired on the AudPod using the prize fighting, the boxing and the analogy, but it is like that in the sense that I'm. I'm not. We're not going to risk getting punched in the face.
5:50Justin: Yeah.
5:51Andrew: To. To just, to just, you know, punch you. We're gonna wait until you're vulnerable and then we're going to unleash a flurry. Which they did. In every game there was a graphic. The OHL was like, the Rangers score three in five. Rangers score three in seven minutes. The Rangers score two. 40 seconds apart.
6:11Justin: Yeah. Right.
6:12Andrew: Like that's what they do. It was like, it was just like. And now. Kill shot. We got you.
6:17Justin: Yeah.
6:18Andrew: Now you're toast. Now you're chasing. Now you're like. And you could see, like, you could see Everett just kind of like looking at themselves like five to one now. You know, like it went from three to one to five to one so quick.
6:37Justin: Yeah.
6:38Andrew: That it was like, oh, the game is over. Even whenever Everett scored that, that second goal.
6:47Justin: Yeah.
6:48Andrew: It never turned the tides. The Rangers just kept playing.
6:51Justin: Keep away. Yeah.
6:52Andrew: And. And the Soo good at that.
6:54Justin: And anytime that Everett even had a look.
6:56Andrew: Curse off Christian. Curse. Played his. Saved his best hockey for last. Yeah. Like that. That was truly the best hockey he played all year. And he waited for the Memorial Cup to unleash the dragon.
7:09Justin: Yeah. Right.
7:10Andrew: It was. Yeah. Like, if anybody had still had any doubts, he was 16 and two in the, in the playoffs. If anybody had any doubts, like, let's be honest. Yeah. You're a fool. You look like a fool now. Like, I, like, I could go back and I could just scrape comment sections.
7:29Justin: Yeah.
7:29Andrew: And just put people on bl. If I, you know, if I didn't have a job and didn't have a family, didn't have a podcast where I was making my own content.
7:37Justin: Yeah.
7:37Andrew: Like, honestly, it was. It'd be too easy.
7:41Justin: Yeah.
7:41Andrew: Because there, there were. They're die hard Rangers fans who were
7:44Justin: just like, I don't know about that goalie. Yeah. He's not as good as Jackson Parsons.
7:48Andrew: I had one person ask if we should start Shauble in game four of Saginaw.
7:53Justin: Yeah.
7:54Andrew: That's not what you do in the playoffs. No, no. And I, I love shabble and I want to get him reps and I want to see him carry the mail next year.
8:01Justin: Next year.
8:02Andrew: Yeah, I, I just like you gotta, in the playoffs, you gotta roll with your starter and that's what you gotta do unless something happens. And he never gave him a reason not to start. And then in the final he was. Yeah, I don't know, he went to the next level. Like if you're a San Jose Shark fan and you're here, we're following that. Like to me he was still like the best player. Now I know Sam O'Reilly won the triple MVP and we have, we haven't mentioned Sam O'Reilly Well, it's, to me, I'm like, how much more do you want me to say about Sam O'Reilly Yeah, he's the, he's the perfect player like for two way like to me, if he doesn't win a selkie, I will be surprised.
8:39Justin: Yeah, yeah, for sure. Yeah, he is that.
8:41Andrew: Which is exactly that sane to say.
8:42Justin: He could be that next like Bergeron Barkov. Yeah.
8:46Andrew: And I mean I, I don't know if the offense is going to be at the next level as high as those guys.
8:52Justin: Sure.
8:53Andrew: But like I, I feel like the two way game will be undoubtedly as good as that. Like because he just out competes, he outworks everybody. There's, there's, there's like even if he gets there and struggles, he will get better and he will begin to dominate whatever he's asked to do.
9:11Justin: So smart. Right.
9:12Andrew: Like that's. And Tampa loves to develop those two way like middle six forwards love to develop that. So he's in a perfect landing spot.
9:22Justin: That's probably why they just got Jack Pridham for a third
9:29Andrew: absolute steal.
9:30Justin: Right? Yeah.
9:31Andrew: I mean I guess that Chicago, they drafted him in the third round and, and, and if you don't know, Jack Pridham rights were going to expire and he could re enter the draft because Chicago didn't sign him. This is an absolute master class on how to manipulate three leagues at once. Yeah. Jack Pridham is like, no, I want to go ncaa, I'm staying in the bchl. He gets drafted in like the ninth round by the Kitchener Rangers. Yeah, like it's always an option. It's always an option. But he wanted to go ncaa. He had Boston University. Like this is the timeline of just like master class of leverage. For a player.
10:05Justin: Yeah.
10:05Andrew: And I mean, obviously his dad is. Who he is, you know, is a. A. I've never heard of a hockey mind, but who got more.
10:13Justin: Who got more airtime during the Memorial Cup? Oh, Brandon Britham or Jack Pridham We
10:20Andrew: joked at the Prid Cam.
10:21Justin: There was a.
10:22Andrew: Somewhere for sure, waiting for. For Jack to do something or be talked about. And the Aud then they just cut to in supr.
10:29Justin: Barry T.R. was in the arena for one of the games, and we saw Brandon Pram way more brother.
10:35Andrew: Shea Weber, Eric Lindros and Dennis Sard
10:39Justin: were in the arena for game four.
10:41Andrew: And I. They did not get the air that. That Brandon Pram and. And his wife sue that, like, they got. It was incredible.
10:49Justin: And. Yeah. So that was.
10:52Andrew: That was hilarious. But, like, I just loved how this was. This took place.
10:57Justin: Right.
10:57Andrew: Like, he came over once. The NCAA agreement was he played, like, shot the lights out last year as a kitchen arranger.
11:05Justin: Yeah.
11:06Andrew: Decided, you know, what, like, you know, had a cup of coffee in training camp and. And played an exhibition game with Chicago and looked really good. Yeah. And then I think he held all the cards. Like, they. They literally said, well, we're going to go back to Kitchener instead of ncaa, because you can still go NCAA after Kitchener.
11:24Justin: Yep.
11:25Andrew: So he goes back, dominates in the ohl. I mean, this. This is the crazy thing. Had had ups and Downs, scored 46 goals, won a Memorial Cup. One overager of the year, led the Memorial Cup in scoring. He still had growing pains because he's a young player.
11:42Justin: Yeah.
11:42Andrew: You know, things happened this season where it wasn't all rosy all the time, which I think is better for development.
11:50Justin: And. Well, we were talking about that yesterday during the game or at some point. The Gretzky effect. Right. It's like, it's.
11:57Andrew: It's hard to be if you're just good, if you're just better than everyone all the time.
12:00Justin: Yeah. You never learn. You never figure out how to deal
12:02Andrew: with adversity, especially once you get to the.
12:04Justin: The.
12:05Andrew: The big leagues, where, I mean, Gretzky is obviously the exception, he gets to the NHL and he's still better than everyone.
12:10Justin: Right. But then when he tries to do other things. Yeah.
12:13Andrew: But then when he tries to coach and he's talking to people, why don't you get it?
12:16Justin: Yeah.
12:17Andrew: And I'm sure he's not like that, but that is. That is legitimately what he must be thinking is, I don't know why I can't get these guys to see the game how I see the game.
12:25Justin: Yeah.
12:25Andrew: But just going back to the leverage thing is he. So he ends up. He ends up basically putting himself into position where Chicago is scrambling to sign him because they're running out of time. So they trade him to a better situation. He's now a lightning prospect, which, like, I mean, if you hand pick it, you can't hand pick it better realistically at this point stage with John Cooper.
12:50Justin: I hate it. But yeah, it's.
12:51Andrew: It's just like, you know, it's. It's like the premier development organization potentially
12:57Justin: also playing with Sam O'Reilly Look at all their guys.
13:01Andrew: Yeah, they don't like, trade for guys. They literally are just like, oh, and now you're the best second line center on the planet. And you're like, who is this guy?
13:11Justin: Well, didn't they draft Kutrov like in the fifth round or something?
13:14Andrew: They drafted all those guys. Right. I mean, I know Stamkos was, was a. Was a number one or like, like all those guys.
13:21Justin: He also lived up.
13:23Andrew: Yes, he did BR point and. And aal and.
13:28Justin: Yeah.
13:28Andrew: Aal.
13:29Justin: Right.
13:29Andrew: Who again? They. They. They developed him into someone.
13:33Justin: Headman went down this season. They have Darren Radish. It's just like an unbelievable play.
13:37Andrew: Where did this guy come from? I know. So, I mean, it's not a lightning podcast, but like, it's just a great landing spot. It's cool that he's going to go ncaa. I guess the word is Denver, which
13:49Justin: also has a coach that is like being rumored as the next Avalanche coach, which also has like the guy. The coach of that Denver U. Team. Play, like, wins everything.
14:00Andrew: Really exciting. Yeah.
14:01Justin: For.
14:02Andrew: For Jack Pridham. What a. What a 48 hours he's having.
14:06Justin: Yeah.
14:07Andrew: And he won the Aud Chinowith trophy for most points. And of course, Kirsch was goalie of the tournament.
14:13Justin: Yeah, of course.
14:15Andrew: And Sam O'Reilly of course, was MVP of the tournament. Like, it's. It was obviously going to be a clean sweep. The only game that they kind of struggled was Chicoutimi. I felt like that was coming off like a really difficult game against Everett.
14:27Justin: Yeah.
14:28Andrew: And there was weird. And there was a weird thing that happened in that game that we don't necessarily need to go into.
14:33Justin: We definitely got into it. If you want to hear more about that. That was three episodes ago. One of our bonus episodes.
14:38Andrew: Yeah.
14:39Justin: Yeah. We got into it real deep. Yeah. But, yeah, the Rangers controlled that game still. Yeah. It was just when they got frazzled after the. The Stomp event that. That they kind of lost their edge a little Bit and it makes sense.
14:54Andrew: Which is okay because again, this is a type of team that when something completely unexpected like that happens, they still won.
15:02Justin: They still won.
15:03Andrew: They still won that game, which you could easily have seen the Aud slipped through their fingers, you know what I mean? Where you're kind of like, oh, no, like what happened.
15:10Justin: Yep. Right.
15:10Andrew: Well, we didn't expect that. But this was a team that just kind of like, all right, well, even when they had to hang on, they hung on.
15:15Justin: Yeah.
15:17Andrew: And how fitting was it that Humps scored the last goal in the OHL final and he scores the final goal, the put away goal in the empty netter in the Memorial Cup. What a story. Christian Humphreys the gamer of all gamers.
15:33Justin: Oh, yeah, totally.
15:34Andrew: Like the heart and soul he's to be such a skilled player but have that energy about you.
15:39Justin: Oh, I know.
15:40Andrew: He's just, he's just such a likable person too. Like, like every interaction we've had with him, I'm like, oh man, that's just like one of the guys.
15:47Justin: Yeah.
15:47Andrew: And, and yet like he's just like a magician, like playmaker extraordinaire. And had some awesome snipes in this.
15:55Justin: Oh, totally.
15:55Andrew: In this full run this season. Going to Minnesota. Oh, I'm just so excited for him. He's like, I think he is. If Jack Rham is like, you know, showing you how to leverage yourself against these three leagues and use it, this guy is kind of like the comeback story of, of these, of this new generation of, of NCAA crossover.
16:19Justin: Well, because he's also created just a great opportunity for himself. Like he definitely put himself in the driver's seat. It's like, yeah, I'm always pro player, so it's like I'm so happy that when these guys can like make it work for them just the best. And he's going to be, you know, he's going to be a great NHL or someday too. Yeah, he's just such a great.
16:37Andrew: I fully believe that like if he, if he, he's a late round pick and he struggled a little bit in Michigan and it wasn't meant to be and he found the right place and now he's developed and now I think he'll tear it up in Minnesota. I think it'll be a great, a great fit for him.
16:51Justin: Yeah. How do you not come off this and not be like an impact player immediately?
16:55Andrew: Oh, man, all these guys, they're carrying such good vibes forward.
16:59Justin: Yeah.
16:59Andrew: All these guys that are leaving. Cam Reed, we don't know what's going on there? Obviously. No, but there's, there's obviously the Jeff Merrick rumors of him to Michigan. There's, there's a chance that he could sign a pro deal and then he can't go to Michigan. Yeah. These are just rumors. I have no idea. But if he were to come back like, you know, Cam Reed is, he's an all time Ranger. Like I, I, I, I jokingly well
17:25Justin: and he's only gotten better replied on
17:27Andrew: a post like, like retire 18. But like it, it's gonna, I don't know if they're gonna retire because they generally only retire hockey hall of Famers. Like you got to be in a pretty, pretty intense class to get a number retired with this organization.
17:39Justin: Yeah.
17:40Andrew: But like nobody's going to wear 18 for a while.
17:43Justin: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
17:45Andrew: There's a few numbers that nobody's going
17:47Justin: to wear for a while, especially after this run.
17:49Andrew: Five is another one.
17:50Justin: Yeah.
17:51Andrew: I would really hope we're going to, we'll have at least a year gap with a five.
17:54Justin: Yeah, let's, let's hope that. Yeah.
17:57Andrew: Ando is special. The five. It's fun that he's five and he had five years with the Rangers.
18:02Justin: Yep.
18:03Andrew: Came back and completed and won it all. Him being shirtless with both trophies with
18:07Justin: both trophies coming off the bus 5:00am Ando shirtless just, he's just, he's just that guy. Right.
18:15Andrew: Like we, like I, I saw him, the fire that he had in practice one day and I thought that he was joking. No, he was not joking. He was very upset and I was like, okay, like this is how these young guys learn. Like practice is serious.
18:33Justin: Yeah.
18:33Andrew: If you don't mess around in practice. Yeah. There's no messing around. There's messing like Ando's hilarious. He clearly has a personality and messes around outside of practice.
18:42Justin: Yeah.
18:42Andrew: But in practice like don't mess around with no and, and he had, you know, he just as like that kind of leadership quality of going out Carson Campbell. I mean we could just gush about Carson Campbell whatever.
18:54Justin: Like build the statue.
18:55Andrew: Build the statue and draft the player. Just draft him.
19:00Justin: Like can he be drafted this summer? Is he still eligible? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Okay. So because he two years of eligibility for draft. Unless your rights, unless your rights expire,
19:09Andrew: then you can be drafted as a 20 year old. I think. Yeah.
19:12Justin: Yeah.
19:12Andrew: So. And that might be completely wrong.
19:14Justin: But also draft Le Char.
19:17Andrew: Yes.
19:17Justin: Yeah.
19:18Andrew: I, if I couldn't hate the Leafs more.
19:22Justin: Right. I know, I know, I know.
19:23Andrew: We're gonna Lose some of our.
19:24Justin: Yeah, you just lost half our audience. They.
19:27Andrew: They let lachar's rights expire and I mean, I just, you know, at. At this point, he's a. He does what he does. I don't think the Leafs could, like. I think the Leafs could use a player like that, or at least the Marlies. He's got hands. Like, we've seen it.
19:50Justin: He.
19:50Andrew: He. Sometimes he makes bad decisions. That's something that you can hopefully coach out of him. I think he's just an emotional, frustrating type. He gets. He gets frustrated and he's emotional.
20:02Justin: Y.
20:03Andrew: He didn't get to play a lot, obviously. He took a bad penalty in. In the OHL final and never got back in. I hope for Matthew Lar. I hope that that's a learning moment.
20:14Justin: Yeah.
20:14Andrew: Right. I hope that that's not something like regrets and you carry forward and you feel bad about it. I really hope that he's like, yeah, okay, like that happened. And it sucks that your junior career may have. May or may not end that way, but like, maybe your career with the Kitchener Rangers, I don't know. Because we have no idea. With these overagers. There's so many of the Aud I
20:35Justin: know many of them. I know some of them are gone, but.
20:37Andrew: Yeah, but, like, you know, if he's back, I hope he takes it on the chin and it's like a leadership role for him. And. And I. I just. I just. I really hope for good things for him because I've seen the skill and. And you love the fighting ability and you love the hitting ability and stuff. And when he's. When he's. When he plays clean and plays physical, he's a force. Yeah, for sure.
21:02Justin: So.
21:02Andrew: But yeah. Not happy with the leaves to be doing that to one of ours. Yeah. Come on.
21:06Justin: Come on.
21:07Andrew: What? What? Are you guys good or something?
21:09Justin: Yeah.
21:09Andrew: No, no. And we just lost more.
21:14Justin: Yeah. Yeah. But the Marleys are winning.
21:16Andrew: The Marleys are good. Yeah, exactly.
21:18Justin: So there you go. So, you know, that's something.
21:20Andrew: Yeah. Marley's are still playing hockey.
21:25Justin: Andrew, who's your. Who's your third star of the tournament?
21:29Andrew: Oh, my. Oh, my. Okay. Totally insane. But my third star is Sam O'Reilly I know he won MVP, but that's not how I saw it. Obviously. He is the, you know, the. The engine that makes the thing hold, the whole thing work. But he's my third star.
21:50Justin: Okay. Okay. Yeah, that. That's fair. I. You know, I actually didn't really have Sam O'Reilly on my top three, like I really obviously had four points in the last game. Like, that's pretty phenomenal. You know, I had. I had Jared Woolley as my third star.
22:08Andrew: There you go.
22:09Justin: Well, they'd love that.
22:10Andrew: The two. The two London.
22:11Justin: Yeah.
22:12Andrew: You know, ex Patriots, ex Knights.
22:15Justin: Yeah, yeah.
22:15Andrew: The.
22:16Justin: Yeah, you gotta love it because, you know, he. He had a couple fights in this tournament. He. He turned the team around when he needed to turn the team around. He had some good hits. He had some. He played clean.
22:28Andrew: Yes, he did. He did.
22:29Justin: He did. Really clean. And he played very well.
22:32Andrew: And that's not saying that he's a dirty player.
22:34Justin: No.
22:34Andrew: It's just that he played extremely disciplined.
22:36Justin: That. That line is real thin with Jared Woolley. That.
22:39Andrew: I mean, there's a few guys on the team.
22:41Justin: Yeah. Yeah.
22:42Andrew: That line is pretty. Pretty thin.
22:43Justin: His D partner who were retiring. His jersey. Yeah. Exact.
22:49Andrew: And Werewolf, they're. They're not known for. Yeah, they're. They ride the line. I got to be honest, though, like, Ando cleaned up his game like crazy.
22:58Justin: Well, even obviously got suspended his first game back in January. Yeah. But after that, he. I believe he did get suspended one more time.
23:08Andrew: Yes.
23:10Justin: Before the end of the season. But once those playoffs hit. Yeah, he was. His hits were really good.
23:16Andrew: Oh, yeah. I mean, he said he sat Landon Dupont down in the final. Like, that was. That was kind of another moment when I saw Eleanis laughing, when I saw Ando open ice, hit the best player on this. On the tips.
23:32Justin: On the penalty kill. Yes, on the penalty kill.
23:35Andrew: Which is insane. And that's the kind of insanity that I love.
23:39Justin: Yes. Oh, yeah.
23:40Andrew: Yeah. That's unhinged.
23:41Justin: It was calculated insanity. It is. It is. I love it.
23:46Andrew: Yeah.
23:46Justin: That was. Yeah.
23:47Andrew: A special honorable mention to Ando, who played his heart out as well.
23:51Justin: For sure. Andrew, who's your second star of the tournament?
23:54Andrew: My second star is Jack Brittany. Yeah. Jack Pridham. We call him the Mountain King on the socials.
24:00Justin: Yeah.
24:00Andrew: Because he just loves Kelowna. He loves the air in BC. That was exactly what he needed. He had 17 points in 18 games in the playoffs. I have to keep reiterating for people who are like. Like, what's wrong with Jack in our dms? Nothing's wrong with Jack. The shots aren't going in. It happens sometimes.
24:20Justin: He had like 85 shots in the playoffs or something.
24:23Andrew: Like. And then two went in. It's. What can you say? Sometimes it happens. Right. Like, it's like. And the Aud all regressed back positively.
24:30Justin: Yeah.
24:30Andrew: In the Memorial Cup.
24:31Justin: Yeah. He scored Everything scored. Everything. Yeah.
24:33Andrew: Right. Like he, there was times where he, he probably could have shot and scored more, but he's, he's, he's a team
24:39Justin: first guy even in the final. Yeah. Sometimes I'm like, Jack, just shoot the puck. We know you can put it in the net.
24:46Andrew: Right. But he does both just because I know he can score. Right. Like he can score and he's such a great shot. People don't realize he's the second most
24:54Justin: goals in the ohl.
24:55Andrew: He's also a playmaker. Right. Like I know.
24:58Justin: That's what's nuts. Yeah.
24:59Andrew: And he's also a two way forward. He kills penalties.
25:01Justin: I know.
25:01Andrew: He's a beauty.
25:02Justin: Yeah.
25:03Andrew: I'm gonna miss him so much.
25:04Justin: I know.
25:04Andrew: Yeah.
25:05Justin: Yeah. Yeah.
25:06Andrew: We only got two years of Jack Pridham Yeah. What a time to start a podcast.
25:11Justin: He was really our era. Like he was. Yes, we're the UC era, but we're also the Pridham era.
25:16Andrew: That's the thing is like if you're ever gonna tie the AudPod to someone, one particular player or two particular players, it's. It's Humps and Prits.
25:24Justin: Yeah. Yeah.
25:25Andrew: Right. Because it was like, it was just a, it was just a moment in time.
25:28Justin: Yes. Yeah.
25:29Andrew: Who's your second star?
25:31Justin: Well, I was probably gonna go prid him, but because, because we just talked about him. Humps. I'm gonna give him the second star. He had a pretty phenomenal tournament. Yeah. Big goals, big passes, big moments.
25:43Andrew: Just a gamer, man.
25:44Justin: Yeah. He came back from whatever happened against Chicoutimi to play in the final. Yeah. I know he wasn't 100 or at least that's the rumblings, but man, did he look good in that game. Yeah. Yeah.
25:56Andrew: Well, he just, I just love the, the mentality like along the boards. He's not afraid of anybody. He's not afraid to go to the, the difficult areas. He's just, he's just, he's just beauty.
26:04Justin: Yeah.
26:04Andrew: He totally. He's the Soo of a fullback and you can tell, you can, you can tell.
26:08Justin: Yeah. And just a great personality. I was saying during the playoffs I went into one of the pre game skates like the mid morning skate before a game and they, they have the, the healthy scratches do conditioning at the end of the, of the practice and Humps went out and cheered on the guys and you know somebody would score and he'd like, he, he was clapping and cheering and you know, he was the only, he was the only like I guess roster, night night roster player that was, that went Out. But he just like, he's there for the guys. Like, he's just a big part of this team.
26:46Andrew: Yeah.
26:46Justin: And he just, he also just loves hockey. Like, he just loves.
26:50Andrew: You can tell.
26:50Justin: You could tell. He's just like. He wanted to go out to see what those other guys were doing because
26:54Andrew: he just wanted to.
26:55Justin: It's like, yeah, I know, I'm. I'm done practice. But like, yeah, there's still hockey happening
26:59Andrew: and he's just such a team first guy.
27:01Justin: Yeah, for sure.
27:03Andrew: You go out and that. Like, I can't imagine being a young guy, being frustrated, being a scratch just the whole time and. But then like one of the, like, you know, leaders on the team is just like. And it's not even like, it's not even like giving you the gears. It's just like.
27:17Justin: No. Yeah, yeah.
27:20Andrew: Being positive and, and, and just trying to make you feel a bit more like you're a part of the squad because you are. You are a part of. Which we gotta, you know, that's. We gotta emphasize how hard these guys practice against each other.
27:32Justin: Oh, man.
27:32Andrew: Like, like even the morning, even the morning skate was like. Was pretty intense. Yeah. And. And the practice was like. I still think about the goal that Alex Forrest scored in practice. This kid is so good.
27:45Justin: Yeah.
27:46Andrew: I'm so excited.
27:47Justin: Yeah.
27:48Andrew: I think we've, we've got another one that it's gonna be like.
27:51Justin: Yeah, right.
27:52Andrew: Like it continues the. The Cam Reading, Alexander Bilecki Alex Forrest Yeah. It's. The lineage is continuing of these highly drafted men. Yeah, exactly.
28:04Justin: Yeah.
28:05Andrew: First star is Christian Kirsch.
28:06Justin: Yeah. For both of us, there's, there's no doubt in my mind that Christian Kirsch was the best player in this tournament.
28:13Andrew: Like it was. Everyone was. Everyone on the Rangers was extremely good. They had to be to go win all four.
28:20Justin: Yeah.
28:21Andrew: You look at somebody like Landon Dubon, incredible talent.
28:24Justin: It.
28:24Andrew: You look at. You know what I mean? There was, There was guys that stood out when you, when you watched the other teams, there was guys that stood out on the Rangers. Of course. There always are. Right. And it's different people all the time. That's what made the Soo lethal. But Christian Kirsch was from locked in from puck drop in game one to the final horn in game four. Yeah. Legitimately the best hockey I've seen him play.
28:47Justin: The Rangers scored 25 goals, I think, in the Memorial Cup over four games.
28:52Andrew: Makes sense. What is it? Five, five, six, six, six twice. So 17. Three. No, 20.
29:01Justin: Okay. 20.
29:01Andrew: 20, 20 goals. Yeah.
29:02Justin: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, but a lot of goals.
29:05Andrew: Yeah, Five a game.
29:07Justin: Yeah. So they scored. Yeah, they scored. Yeah. 20 goals. And they listed all the players that scored goals. Like, obviously Pridham scored five. Yeah, and. Yeah, but. And led the team in goals and the tournament in goals. But the other ones all came from, like, almost different players every time, like, barely anybody had, like two goals. Yeah, it was just like our Cat had a goal, Ellis had a goal. Like. Yeah, yeah, it was just like all the. Every line had a goal.
29:37Andrew: Everybody was contributing.
29:38Justin: Didn't Beleki have a goal?
29:39Andrew: Yeah, I think so. Or at least I know that he
29:42Justin: had a bunch of assists on the Illinois tip. Yeah, that was a beauty. Yeah, Elena's had a goal. Yeah, it just the. Everybody, like, everybody was a part of this team. It was so cool.
29:50Andrew: But. But Christian Kirsch was the.
29:52Justin: Yeah.
29:53Andrew: Was the star for us.
29:54Justin: For sure.
29:54Andrew: It was. And he only let in. What was it? He let in two against Everett twice. So that's four.
30:01Justin: Got a shutout and six. Yeah.
30:03Andrew: So he let in six goals in four games.
30:05Justin: Yeah. 1.5 goals. Yeah.
30:08Andrew: You're going to win.
30:09Justin: Yeah.
30:09Andrew: Unless everyone forgets how to shoot the
30:12Justin: score, you're going to win. I didn't want to curse it at all, but Andrew and I were at the Aud Watching the final and when he let in the second goal, I was like, that's it. He. He doesn't let in more than two goals. Yeah, that's it. You're done. I was like. I didn't want to say this out loud, but I was like, yeah, it's
30:26Andrew: either one or two.
30:27Justin: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you're done. As long as the Rangers have more than two, they're going to win that game.
30:32Andrew: Yeah.
30:32Justin: And they did. At that point. It was three. Two, I think.
30:34Andrew: Yeah. So top to bottom, dominant championship. It's still. We're gonna go.
30:40Justin: We're.
30:41Andrew: This is. We're recording on Tuesday.
30:42Justin: Yeah.
30:43Andrew: We're gonna go to the parade in
30:44Justin: a few hours this afternoon.
30:46Andrew: It still doesn't feel entirely real.
30:49Justin: Yeah.
30:50Andrew: I think seeing them in person with
30:52Justin: the trophy, it's gonna help.
30:53Andrew: It's gonna help. And we'll hopefully we'll interact with some more awesome Rangers fans and. Yeah. And the team and see some favorite friends of the pod and just bask in the glory of something that hopefully doesn't take another 23 years.
31:11Justin: Yeah. I kind of feel like this organization has changed their mind on their trajectory.
31:17Andrew: Yeah. Like, winning is fun, huh?
31:19Justin: Yeah, winning is great.
31:20Andrew: Hey, Kitchener, do you like winning? We do Too. Let's do it more often. Yeah, it's that easy.
31:25Justin: I think, I think with this, all this NCAA stuff now, this is like we've seen a full season of it.
31:30Andrew: Yeah.
31:31Justin: I think winning is going to be more important than ever because you want to, you want to draw guys in. So I think you're right. I think the culture that Mike McKenzie and, and Joe Birch and all the higher ups here at the Rangers, even Jeff Emmerich, the president of the board, like, I think that they know that being winning, even having a winning culture, even if you're not the best team in the league.
31:58Andrew: Yeah.
31:58Justin: Having a winning mentality and a winning mind and always fighting to get to be the best is so much more important now.
32:05Andrew: Well, it's like, what's the one thing that the NCAA can't offer? It's playing 90 games and winning a Memorial Cup. Yeah, that's. It can't even compare.
32:17Justin: Winning two championships in one season and
32:20Andrew: having those, those seven game series and having then a mini tournament with the champions where everyone in the hockey world is, that that cares, truly cares about hockey is watching.
32:31Justin: Yeah.
32:32Andrew: Yeah. Right. Like there's not a scout on planet earth that's not watching the Memorial Cup. Yep. And even the finals that, that are, that went to tsn, like, this is all like big time stuff. The Frozen Four, obviously they're building and getting bigger and I'm sure that scouts and stuff are, are doing that. But like, it's not the same kind of grind and fight. No.
32:52Justin: Right.
32:53Andrew: It's a tournament, it's not a playoff run.
32:55Justin: Yeah.
32:55Andrew: So to have 68 games, to have, you know, another, you know, 16 to.
33:01Justin: Well, the Rangers played 90 games. Games through the Memorial Cup. Yeah, 90 games through the Memorial Cup Cup. And they only lost two games in the playoffs. Like, they could have easily played 10 more games.
33:11Andrew: Yeah.
33:12Justin: In the.
33:13Andrew: Exactly. And so you could play 100 games or you could play 101 games. Yeah. Because if you lose the Memorial Cup round robin.
33:19Justin: Yeah. Yeah.
33:19Andrew: And you gotta rant like, oh, yeah, you could easily.
33:22Justin: Yeah, you could easily play. Yeah, well, yeah.
33:25Andrew: Or 102 if you had to play a tiebreaker. But that's crazy. So, like that, that you could actually do and you could go through that and like, I think that's just like, like not something that the NCAA can offer. And realistically, with it being like it's school, like it's, it's. That's all part of it. I mean, I know that it's like, you know, the guys take golf and Assigned reading.
33:46Justin: And.
33:46Andrew: And it's not.
33:47Justin: It's not real.
33:48Andrew: Like, let's be honest, real school. But. But the. But the. The time constraints our school is. Is considered.
33:55Justin: Right.
33:55Andrew: So it's like they don't have that. They can't do that. And ultimately, like, we have that and we have to lean into that. And winning is what is going to bring guys back. Bring guys here. You know, I can't wait to do some breakdowns for next year's roster as we get closer to it. There was a guy that the Rangers.
34:13Justin: I don't even. I. I don't have it in front
34:15Andrew: of me, but there was a. There was a player, a prospect who's highly touted that they signed.
34:19Justin: They signed during the playoffs.
34:22Andrew: So, like, I'm excited for all of that. And it's like two months away.
34:27Justin: I know.
34:29Andrew: I was like, see you next year on that face, on that social. That Instagram posts. And people were like, more like two months. And I was like, don't tell our wives. Yeah, don't tell our wives that.
34:39Justin: Well, it's all of June, all of July, all of August. And then.
34:44Andrew: Well, it's not all of August because training camp starts, like, August 22nd.
34:49Justin: Andrew, we're trying to hide.
34:51Andrew: Oh, my goodness.
34:52Justin: We're gonna say three months. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
34:57Andrew: And there's nothing happening big. In my life during those three months, so.
35:00Justin: Nope. Nothing.
35:01Andrew: No. Yeah.
35:03Justin: Yeah. So there we go. That's. That's the Memorial Cup. We already recapped the season with Jason and Dan. Like, you know, there's. That. There's tons of content that we've put out over the last couple months. It's not the end of us For. For, like, we're not going away till September.
35:20Andrew: No.
35:21Justin: The last summer we did some interviews and things like that. The plan is to do that again. This. Maybe not regular releases like we've been doing. Like. Like, don't expect an every Friday episode.
35:31Andrew: No. Like, I know that we kind of said we weren't doing that last season, last off season, and the Aud just kind of happened.
35:37Justin: That stuff kept. That we did.
35:39Andrew: We are going to try and get some good content for you. If you don't know the insinuation a moment ago, my wife is having a baby slated for July. So it's going to be. It's going to be a little dicey with. With. With my availability, but we will do our best to get some interviews and some content. And. And is there. Is there a chance you're going to the draft? Is that a Is that a real thing?
36:05Justin: I don't know if that's real or not. Okay. Okay. Okay. I think I might be away the days of the draft, so I don't know if it's far so I know
36:13Andrew: it's three hours, so.
36:15Justin: Yeah. So yeah, we're gonna have stuff coming up. So. I hate it when people do this, but like, like, like and subscribe or subscribe. Yeah, make sure you're subscribed so that you know when the new episodes come out.
36:26Andrew: Please continue to comment and. And like and subscribe and. And share our stuff because even though right now it's like there's Rangers fever or whatever, we'd like to try and keep the momentum so that say if we get into August and we're releasing an interview, we'd love for everybody who still, you know, might be on the fringe of the AudPodience that they get that content and you're helping us big time there.
36:48Justin: There will be a couple video only things that we're gon that are sort of longer form in the next little while. So those are going to go on to YouTube only. So yes, if you are subscribed in a podcast and you don't, you're not on YouTube very much. Maybe go over there, subscribe, hit the little bell so you get the notification on your phone when stuff comes up. Because we will, we will be putting out a couple of things that I think you'll want to see. The. One of them is all of these. We did a ton of interviews with players on the ice after the Robertson
37:19Andrew: win and we hosted some of them but on, on Instagram, but there's many of them. Yeah, there's interviews with coaches and, and players and staff members. We, we're gonna, we've decided we're gonna compile it.
37:34Justin: Yeah.
37:34Andrew: Edit it together and put it on YouTube for you to watch as opposed to just keep short form interviews. Yeah, it's just. There's just too many clips.
37:42Justin: There's just too many. So yeah, we're gonna do that. So keep, keep your eye out for that and then a few other things that we got sort of planned and ideas about. So we'll, we'll. We'll. We'll put those out throughout the summer and if you want to see anything, let us know. Our, our voicemail box is still open. We haven't heard from anybody in a while.
37:59Andrew: So please, if there's stuff that's happening over the summer or if you want to just talk about how much you love the Rangers, we'd Love to hear that. Yeah, like, we'd love to have a voicemail to respond to if we had a.
38:10Justin: If we had a ton of like, speculations, conspiracy theories, like tinfoil hat confessionals. Sure. We would do like a little mailbag episode in the middle of the summer.
38:22Andrew: Oh, that would be a great idea. Ask us anything.
38:25Justin: And yeah, an AMA thank you to Ken Born Yep. Director of branding and marketing. Thank you for all the content and stuff you put together for us. Merch. Next year.
38:38Andrew: Merch.
38:39Justin: We know you guys love merch.
38:41Andrew: Yeah, we. And this. The thing is we want to do it right.
38:44Justin: Yeah. So. So we've been working on it.
38:46Andrew: We have been working on it.
38:48Justin: So, yeah, we're. We're not committing to anything until next season. So probably August, September, I think maybe
38:57Andrew: for the launch of season three, there'll be merch.
38:58Justin: Yeah, that's what I'm hoping.
38:59Andrew: That's the goal.
39:00Justin: So keep your eye out for that.
39:02Andrew: Yes.
39:03Justin: Cam Born. Really working on that.
39:05Andrew: Yes.
39:06Justin: Thank you. Of course, to the prodigal producer, Liam, the phenom. All the notes and the man. He. He. He got to some games during the playoffs. That was awesome. We got. We got him on the voicemail, which was really fun.
39:19Andrew: Exactly.
39:20Justin: So, yeah, thanks, Liam, for all the. The notes and tips. We don't want any over the summer. And then in the fall we're open to it.
39:26Andrew: Get back to it.
39:27Justin: We. We need a break.
39:28Andrew: We need a break.
39:29Justin: Yeah, we really do. You write a postmortem. Send it to us an email.
39:34Andrew: Thank you to jj.
39:36Justin: Thank you to jj.
39:37Andrew: Our. Our intro every episode. Probably one of the most special things that happened, which is unbelievable to say with all the winning. Probably the mo. One of the most special things that happened in. In this. This AudPod season two was that we got JJ as our intro announcer. That was just like. And it's just. It's there.
39:57Justin: We got to know JJ a little bit. Yeah, she's awesome.
40:00Andrew: Like the Rangers girls that. They're like their little crew. the Soo supportive.
40:04Justin: Oh, yeah.
40:04Andrew: And yeah, thank you to all of them.
40:06Justin: Yes.
40:07Andrew: And especially jj.
40:08Justin: Jj. And then of course, thank you to Tim who has been editing these episodes.
40:13Andrew: Tim. Tim, who who went and found himself a full time paid gig and left the Aud dust. No, I'm sure.
40:22Justin: I think he's still going to edit our episode.
40:24Andrew: I think he's still going to make us sound good. For sure. For sure. For sure. And that to me is invaluable.
40:31Justin: Yes. We sound terrible. Well, we sound so much better. Since January. You go listen to like last season audio. Oh, it's 19 to January. This. This season.
40:42Andrew: He even. Let's be honest, he made a horrible rec. Recording situation on our last.
40:49Justin: Yeah. Why was our last car pod so loud in the background?
40:53Andrew: I don't know.
40:54Justin: Did we have all the windows open?
40:56Andrew: We must have had like the Aud playing over the Bluetooth.
40:59Justin: Yeah, something like that. It was atrocious.
41:02Andrew: Atrocious. But Tim made it listenable.
41:05Justin: Listenable.
41:05Andrew: Yeah.
41:06Justin: It is better as video because you can see our lips.
41:11Andrew: But I did listen to it on the way here as just an audio thing.
41:14Justin: Yeah. It's not too bad.
41:15Andrew: It's not terrible.
41:16Justin: No. Yeah. But that was. Was our fault and Tim made it better.
41:22Andrew: Yeah.
41:22Justin: We did what we had so much better.
41:23Andrew: We did what we had to do.
41:24Justin: You could, you know, you can only work with what you're given. Yeah. Yeah. the AudPod motto.
41:33Andrew: Yeah. We gotta Sam O'Reilly This is the thing. And we've never done this on the pod, but we got. We gotta say thank you to our wives.
41:39Justin: Yeah. Oh, yes. Who might never hear this part, but Jessica and Ariel. Yes. Thank you.
41:44Andrew: They.
41:44Justin: Yeah. Yeah.
41:45Andrew: They've supported us through a lot of. A lot more, you know, extracurricular than perhaps the AudPod was started to be. It was supposed to be a once
41:56Justin: a week thing that we did that during a rebuild. So maybe one round of playoffs.
42:06Andrew: Not. And then. the Aud became, we're going to Barry.
42:10Justin: Seven rounds of playoffs and one Memorial Cup in two years.
42:14Andrew: There was low key, legitimate. How make it to Colona.
42:18Justin: Thoughts going through.
42:20Andrew: And obviously we did not go to Colon.
42:23Justin: We did not go to Colona.
42:24Andrew: But that's okay.
42:25Justin: I was told. I was told I was allowed to go if I got paid to go.
42:28Andrew: Yeah, right.
42:29Justin: Exactly.
42:29Andrew: Yeah. I kind of feel like if we had. If it was all expenses paid.
42:34Justin: Yeah.
42:35Andrew: It would. It would have been easier to be like, I have to go.
42:39Justin: Yeah. There.
42:40Andrew: Yeah. And it also.
42:41Justin: They're chartering us to go.
42:42Andrew: Wouldn't have been 10 days either. It would have been like, you can
42:45Justin: go for like a final. Exactly.
42:48Andrew: But thank you to our wives who put up with all of this because this takes up a lot of time.
42:53Justin: It does. Yes. And, you know, thank you to the Kitchener Public Library.
42:59Andrew: Yes.
42:59Justin: For hosting us this. This week and many other weeks.
43:02Andrew: Of course.
43:03Justin: Thank you to the Rangers who have been really open and awesome with us. Thank you to the Ohl.
43:08Andrew: The Rangers families. Yeah.
43:10Justin: The Rangers, like the Billet families, the Ranger families.
43:13Andrew: People who are like, you know, they're like, we're gonna miss you guys. Because, like, they're tied to the organization is moving on. I'm like, very humbling.
43:21Justin: Yes.
43:21Andrew: That's like, you're gonna miss us.
43:24Justin: Of all the things we got told, we got told by somebody as we were leaving the Aud after the finals that they're gonna miss our giggles over the summer.
43:32Andrew: Yeah, but there'll be giggles over the summer. If there. If there'll be nothing else, there'll be giggles.
43:38Justin: You might just hear me at, like,
43:39Andrew: Costco or something, right?
43:40Justin: It's true.
43:41Andrew: He echoes through. Through department stores and wareh.
43:46Justin: Yeah. Usually people don't recognize us at the Aud unless Andrew and I are together. They usually recognize Andrew face before they recognize me. Yeah. But I have been. People have come and found me, and they're, like, turned around. They're be like, you're the Aud POD guy.
44:01Andrew: Yeah.
44:01Justin: And they knew me because of the laugh.
44:03Andrew: Yes.
44:03Justin: Yeah.
44:04Andrew: Well, no one's surprised who listens.
44:06Justin: No.

44:24Andrew: We're gonna have to get him on the pot.
44:26Justin: Yeah, we'll have to get him back on the pot. Yeah. Yeah. We got to get a recap. The correspondent recap of the Kelowna situation.
44:35Andrew: Sean, you just got booked for the pot.
44:36Justin: Yeah. So good luck with that. Yeah. But because he hits his busy season now, that's the best part about Sean, is that he gets busier now that hockey ends.
44:45Andrew: Get zero when hockey. He's a madman. You're a madman, Sean.
44:48Justin: You're a madman, Sean.
44:49Andrew: And we love you.
44:50Justin: Yeah, we love you. And thanks to Babs, too, who has been, like, a huge supporter of us and also helped us out with a bunch of things.
44:57Andrew: Yes. Just. Just all around. Babs has been there for us since, like, pretty much day one and had literally no reason.
45:05Justin: Yeah.
45:06Andrew: We didn't know Babs. Babs is not, like a Rangers content guy. You, you know, know. He was just.
45:13Justin: He's just been there for us, but now he is.
45:15Andrew: But now he is. So now he's Mr. Flow Hockey.
45:19Justin: Yeah.
45:20Andrew: So we.
45:20Justin: We should grow his hair.
45:22Andrew: He should.
45:22Justin: Yeah. He's got the mustache. A little more flow.
45:25Andrew: Yeah.
45:25Justin: To his hockey.
45:26Andrew: He does his hair, so he should use it.
45:29Justin: Thank you, everybody.

45:30Justin: Thanks for listening.
45:31Andrew: We really could thank.
45:32Justin: We love we love all the fan interactions. We love it when people just come up to us, can talk to us. We've really enjoyed just, like, sitting in the crowds in all these games. Like, it's.
45:43Andrew: It's. It's awesome. We appreciate it so much when you talk to us and say that you love the pod. We love that. But if you ever just want to
45:48Justin: talk about the Rangers, we're happy to talk Rangers. Yeah. Even just talk to us, like, about the game.
45:54Andrew: Like, it's.
45:55Justin: Sometimes it helps with our episodes.
45:57Andrew: Exactly.
45:58Justin: Yeah. Our.
45:59Andrew: Our points get pretty stale.
46:00Justin: We. Yeah, we need Sam O'Reilly like the fresh perspective. So. Yeah. Yeah. So we'll. Yeah, like I said, we'll be back intermittent over the summer. This is our last sort of formal episode of the season.
46:10Andrew: Yes.
46:11Justin: And, yeah, we'll be back in the fall. Yeah, there's a rebrand coming. We'll still be called the odds still

46:20Andrew: There's some tweaks.
46:21Justin: Yeah. New graphics and things like that. Maybe some new verbiage.
46:24Andrew: New verbiage. We'll see what.
46:27Justin: We'll see what AI Comes. We don't use AI for our graphics. No, no, don't use AI And Born is a real person.
46:36Andrew: Yes. Yes.
46:38Justin: And, Andrew, in the fall, I guess
